1/4 cup water
1/2 teaspoon matcha powder
1 teaspoon honey
1 cup nonfat milk (or unsweetened soymilk)
In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, heat water until nearly boiling. Whisk in matcha powder and honey. Add nonfat milk (or unsweetened soymilk); whisk until smooth.
