1/4 cup rolled oats
1 scoop ANABOLIC MASS + chocolate protein isolate
1/4 cup crunchy peanut butter
2 Tbsp. pure honey
2 Tbsp. unsweetened coconut milk
2 Tbsp. PB2
1/8 tsp. fine sea salt
1 oz. dark chocolate
Stir the dry ingredients together in a medium sized bowl, then add in the peanut butter, honey and milk.
If it’s too crumbly, you can add a little more peanut butter or honey—you want it to stick together really well since you’re not going to end up baking it. Make sure you mix everything together really well so you don’t end up biting into a bit of dry mix when you’re eating a bar!
Spray a large piece of parchment paper with a little coconut oil (or just spread a little with a spatula), and put your mixture on there. Use the parchment paper to flatten the dough so that it’s in a fairly rectangular shape—remember, this will be the eventual thickness of your bars.
Stick in the refrigerator for an hour or so (or yes, they can go in the freezer for 10-15 minutes if you’re feeling impatient). Once the dough is chilled, cut it into four bars, then melt your chocolate. Dunk one half of the bars in the chocolate (or spread it on if you want it to be a little less messy), then place back on the parchment paper and put them back in the fridge for 15-20 minutes.
