2 slices whole-wheat toast
1 tablespoon light cream cheese
1/4 cup cucumber, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon microgreens
1 ounce smoked salmon
1 teaspoon dill
Top each slice of whole-wheat toast with cream cheese, thinly sliced cucumber, microgreens, smoked salmon, dill and a sprinkle of fresh pepper.
